Over the last 10+ years Kasper has been responsible from different roles within the Business Intelligence and Change Management domain. Always driven by the ambition to improve business processes and to gain maximum effect from proper alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Graduated from Technical University Eindhoven with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science he started as a consultancy assignment for Philips creating a Management Information system for the logistical dept. Since 2007 he has fulfullid different roles within the Rabobank Organization: Functional support, to Business Change Management, to Product Owner for the management information for all local banks and the Rabobank Headquarters. More recently his focus has been on Agile changemanagement within the Identity and Access Management domain, with the ambition to deliver more (business) value from the data that is available, hence setting up a Data & Analytics team.
