Jörg Hesske is Elastic Area Vice President for CEMEA. Born in Munich, Hesske joined Elastic in 2019 and has been responsible for Central and Eastern Europe since then. Before joining Elastic, Hesske was Vice President DACH at NetApp, where he worked for 5 years. Prior to that he worked for VMware for seven years as Country Manager Germany. Before VMware, Hesske was General Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at the thin client provider Neoware GmbH and worked for seven years for Hewlett Packard in France. He started his professional career at Ingram Micro in Germany. Overall, he looks back on more than twenty years of experience in the IT industry.
