Florian Hartwig is Vice President & Managing Director Germany at Palo Alto Networks, a global leader in cybersecurity. He is responsible for the private sector business, from small and medium-sized enterprises to DAX 40 companies, in order to further accelerate growth in Germany. Florian has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and was with Amazon Web Services (AWS) before joining Palo Alto Networks. There he initially built the enterprise business in Germany and then took on the role of General Manager Germany at AWS. Under his leadership, transformative cloud projects were realized in a wide range of industries and the AWS business in Germany was multiplied. Prior to that, he held various sales and management positions at Hewlett Packard, where he focused primarily on managing global accounts. Florian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration from the Mannheim University of Cooperative Education. He holds an MBA with distinction from Bayes Business School, City University London.
