Der diplomierte Ingenieur ist seit über 18 Jahren im IT-Security Markt tätig . Er begann seine Karriere bei der BinTec AG in Nürnberg verantwortete die umsatzstärkste Region als Area Sales Manager. Von 2005 – 2008 war der erfahrene IT Spezialist bei Internet Security Systems, später IBM ISS Channel Manager und Key Account Manager tätig. In den Jahren 2008- 2012 arbeitete Egon Kando für SonicWALL, wo er als Enterprise Sales Manager Central & Eastern Europe den Grosskundenbereich in dieser Region verantwortete. 2012- 2016 war er für Imperva als Regional Sales Director Deutschland tätig und trug signifikant zum Marktausbau bei.
