Zusätzlich zu beinahe 5 Jahren Erfahrung in der Führung von Onsite-, Offshore- und Nearshore-Teams bei Cognizant ist er ein IBM «Veteran», wo er die grösste Mainframe Umgebung und Datenbankinstallation im Auftrag einer Bank als Programm orchestrierte.
