So we have come a long way, but it's still a long way toward achieving the, the, well, I call it distributed identity. The capability for people to express themselves are tested by somebody else is not there yet. So if you look at the, the cost structure of the financial industry, a lot of cost is towards anti-man laundering and rated activities. And that actually is identity problem. Unless we solve identity problem effectively, we will not be able to sustain the effective payment system or financial system and expand the service to those unbanked people.
From the point of view of the customers, the use case are more important, I think, but that does not conflict with the user centricity. So we should try to solve the use case with the user centricity mind and also using a standardized protocol. So financial services needs trusted identity, and then financial services can be a very good source for providing trusted identities to the entire industry. So they are not on the only entities, but they can be a very good source of trust in the cyberspace.
