Povilas Žinys is Head of Product Strategy at LuxTrust S.A., part of Tinexta Group. He joined the company in 2015 and is responsible for alignment of new market and technology trends to diversify and maximize business value of LuxTrust’s product portfolio introducing new products and services targeted at IoT, GDPR and PSD2. Povilas has experience in strategy and development of innovative products for e-commerce, telecommunications and social media sectors.
Povilas holds MSc Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology (Bocconi University, Italy) and MSc Innovation and Business Development (Copenhagen Business School, Denmark) and is currently writing a thesis to obtain an MA Information Systems Security Management at the University of Luxembourg.
Povilas is taking Personal Data Management and Exchange Platform using blockchain technology from concept to reality. The product is co-developed with identity startup from Boston called Cambridge Blockchain and to be deployed on national Luxembourg blockchain infrastructure called Infrachain.
