Inclusiveness in the work force is a given!
This workshop will provide insight into the global organization “Women in Identity” (WiD) and discuss why inclusiveness and diversity play an important role in Identity and Access Management and Security.
We welcome a very diverse audience, the agenda of the workshop is intended to be of interest for anyone who is currently working in IAM and Security: regardless of their background of position, gender, nationality etc. It will be interesting for managers in IAM, technical specialists, sales representatives and everyone interested in IAM. Since this is a workshop, we would appreciate an audience which attends the entire workshop from the beginning to the end. There will be ample time for discussions and networking.

The workshop consists of introduction to the Women in Identity organization, two short presentations on Web-based Graphical User Interface for Identity Governance and Administration Solutions and Governing Digital Identity Ecosystems: a view from Germany.
Furthermore, we will offer breakout sessions (virtual and physical) to evaluate and discuss selected topics in depth and present the outcome with all attendees. Examples of the topics of the breakout sessions are the future of IAM, agile methods in IAM.
