Wim van der Lingen has a career in improving government performance through the use of information technology. Educated in both business and public administration, he has worked on many projects first as an external consultant and later as a civil servant. He currently works as an architect/consultant at I-Interim Rijk, a group of information management professionals resorting under the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. For the last four years he has worked in the Ministry of Justice and Security on the Programme of Border Innovation. As such he was deeply involved with the preparations and execution of the DTC-project in The Netherlands.
