Wenjing Chu

Wenjing leads Futurewei's technology strategy and collaborates with various open source communities and organizations to advance digital trust in the age of Artificial Intelligence. He is an experienced technologist with a broad career spanning Internet, Mobile, Cloud, and Responsible AI technologies. As a founding board member and a member of the Technical Advisory Council of the OpenWallet Foundation, he champions the development of privacy preserving digital trust technology available for everyone around the world. He has significantly contributed to the Trust over IP (ToIP) Foundation, authoring the Trust Spanning Protocol Specification and the related Technology Architecture Specification. He also co-chairs the AI and Metaverse Task Force and is a founding member of its Steering Committee. Wenjing has long been an advocate and leader in the development of responsible AI, underpinned by a solid foundation of authenticity and digital trust.
