Verifiable Credentials is an up-and-coming method to establish digital, verified identity in a highly secure, efficient and user centric approach. Verifiable credentials can be cryptographically verified and shared securely between interested entities. Verifiable credentials give more control to the users when it comes to sharing which level of information, with whom and for how long.
