Zero Trust has been, still is and will remain a hot topic, for a simple reason: it tries to expect the worst that can happen. Taming this beast is challenging, with Zero Trust first and foremost being a guiding principle for architecting security well, thus leaving a lot of questions about the right security portfolio, the right architecture, and proper tooling open, as well as organizational questions and the TOM (Target Operating Model) and continuous Security Monitoring aspects. In this session, we will fill the white space in Zero Trust with concrete recommendations from analysts and practitioners.
In the complex landscape of Zero Trust, from the user (identity) with his device passing a network, accessing a service (system, application) and working on data, powered by software, we will look at the role and requirements on identity & access, devices, and network in this part of the track.
