Many IAM projects are technical by nature and sooner or later they face organizational challenges. These organizational aspects of IAM are actually the key enabler (or disabler) of a properly functioning IAM service, delivering excellent cyber security, user experience, control and insights for business enablement.
This panel will detail the following aspects of organizing non-technical IAM, including positioning the IAM function in the organization, creating strategic partnerships in the organization, connecting to and engaging the Board for IAM, building the team with competencies and knowledge, and work methods with their pros and cons.
After this session the audience has a broad understanding of all non-technical aspects that relate to IAM, and is better positioned to make IAM a succesfull endeavour.
