The use of federation in partnerships between organizations requires much more than just technical integration. A critical success factor is the evaluation and alignment of outsourced processes (e.g., User Lifecycle Management, Access Request Management) between partner organizations. This presentation provides participants with practical approaches and recommendations for developing their own maturity assessment framework. This assessment enables a standardized evaluation of partner processes and can be applied across all federations to identify potential risks and make informed decisions.
