Identity and access management (IAM) solutions are the cornerstone of this, but for the past quarter century from SSO servers to IDaaS, they have remained as an isolated realm in digital service infrastructure. For service providers to deliver truly controllable and flexible customer experience, they should integrate API-ized IAM capabilities as the backend with their digital services. This session will introduce this "Identity Component as a Service (ICaaS)" approach with real world examples.
