Richard Esplin

Richard Esplin is a seasoned product leader specializing in digital identity, open source software, and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as Head of Product at Dock, he leads product development for the Truvera SaaS identity platform. With over 15 years of experience, Richard has held senior product roles at companies including Gen™, Evernym, and Alfresco, where he drove significant revenue growth through innovative product strategies and open source business models. He has deep expertise in blockchain technology, distributed systems, and digital wallet solutions. Richard holds an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and has served as an adjunct faculty instructor at BYU's Marriott School of Business, teaching graduate-level product management.
