David Magård is working as senior advisor and AI lead Swedish Companies Registration Office, Sweden. David holds a LL.M and has worked several of years at the Swedish Government Offices with a portfolio focused on digitalization and especially new technologies and digital identity. Among other things David has been responsible for the negotiation of the AI Act and is leading a team that supports the Ministry of Infrastructure in Sweden with the AI Act. At his current position David is co-lead of the Swedish National Assignment to further the use of AI in Swedish public sector. In the assignment David has a special focus on developing a trust model for AI in public sector.
