Lucy is the Managing Partner of Identity Woman in Business, a boutique consultancy in decentralized identity that serves a global clientele. She also independently consults with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and leads the development of a large-scale digital trust infrastructure there. Lucy is an entrepreneurial and resourceful business strategist. She is a go-to-market expert with extensive leadership experience in startups and nonprofits, particularly specializing in innovating business models and taking emerging technology to market. Lucy led the COVID Credentials Initiative and launched the Global COVID Certificate Network (GCCN) at the Linux Foundation. To further GCCN, she took the project to UNDP where GCCN (renamed to Regi-TRUST) is being extended to enable a new model of digital trust management, starting with supporting the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network. Lucy had a Master's Degree in Educational Anthropology from China and obtained her MBA from the University of Toronto.
