Lana Grechko

Lana Grechko is a Senior Principal Program Manager and Portfolio Lead at Okta. In this capacity, she’s focusing on ensuring Okta products and systems meet Federal Security Standards such as FedRAMP High and IL4. Lana oversees a diverse portfolio, ensuring the seamless integration and enhancement of Endpoint Security Solutions. As a portfolio lead, she enables cross-functional teams to work together effectively by ensuring the roadmap is on track and aligned with the business goals. She helps the Okta on Okta team launch innovative products, such as Okta Identity Engine and FastPass Passwordless Authentication that replaces passwords with encrypted keys. Prior to Okta, she led the design and implementation of the KYC and AML programs at Bank of the West. She holds Master’s Degrees in International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco and another Master’s Degree in Language Studies and International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She’s based in San Francisco and enjoys playing tennis and pickleball.
