As an independent consultant to the ID4D programme at the World Bank Gillan advises on how to define and deliver policy and services that use identity, trusted data and attributes. Gillan is also active in helping to define and implement standards through various organisations including the OpenID Foundation, Turing institute, Open Identity Exchange and the Open Wallet foundation.
