Patrick Parker is the founder and CEO of EmpowerID, a company specializing in Identity and Access Management for over 20 years. He pioneered the unique use of Role and Attribute-Based Access Control within an Identity Orchestration framework to realize a modern and comprehensive vision of Identity Security.
Mr. Parker holds an MBA from The Ohio State University, an MS in Biology from Pennsylvania State University, and a BS in Zoology from Ohio University.
Mr. Parker’s work in the field of evolutionary biology and genetics led him to identify three new animal species and co-author a study that changed the accepted timeline for mammals and dinosaurs. Today he brings his passion for scientific research and discovery to the field of Identity Governance and Analytics. He focuses on continuous platform innovation to help global organizations enhance their posture against increasingly sophisticated Identity needs and threats.
