Thomas Detzner is a Principal Product Manager on the customer success team in the Microsoft Identity and Network access divisions Identity Architecture team. He spends most of his time working with the engineering team to develop and ship a new service and working with his customers on their deployments of Azure Active Directory.
Previously he was Premier Field Engineer recovering compromised infrastructures, assessing their security estate and helping the customers to get more secure. Prior to that, Thomas was a Senior Escalation Engineer at the Network Edge Team at Microsoft, where he spends his days looking at memory dumps, network traces and various source code files. Thomas was the co-developer of tools like ISABPA, TMGBPA and BPA2Visio. He's spoken at various industry events such as Microsoft Ready, Microsoft MVP Summits, The Cloud Identity Summit, SANS Security Summits and various IPv6 conferences. When Thomas is not working with computers, he enjoys spending time with his son and family and loves outdoors very much.
