Huan Liu is the Head of Access Management for Cash App, the #1 financial app in the US. His team is responsible for AuthN and AuthZ and many foundation services such as Session and Passcode. Prior to Cash App, Huan was a Director of Engineering and Sphere Head for CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) Products at Okta. His team is responsible for both the end-to-end CIAM experiences and the underlying federation protocols. Huan holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
