Alastair is an expert advisor on digital identity with a background in business, political and security risk, working on UK and international initiatives across the humanitarian, development, public and private sector.
Alastair’s work has recently focused on digital identity, biometrics, and identity fraud; with a focus on the evaluation, assessment and testing of technology performance and security.
Alastair is presently an advisor to the UK government on the development of their digital identity legislation, governance and trust framework, and the role of digital identity in international agreements with other governments and multilateral organisations.
