Michael has 25+ years of experience in different IT management areas such as System-, Network-, Least Privilege- and Privileged Access Management as well as Active Directory and Cloud Security & Compliance. He’s leading a global team of consultants covering the entire technical project lifecycle starting from pre-sales tasks to implementation and postsales duties for enterprise customers. Due to his comprehensive technical background and solution-oriented mind, customers often engage him as a trusted advisor. On the product side, he is responsible for evaluating and escalating customer enhancement requests for product management and development, delivering valuable firsthand feedback from customer side. Beside that Michael is part of the Cygna Labs Group's “strategic technical advisory board”.
