Steve Venema is a Distinguished Engineer in ForgeRock’s Office of the CTO. He provides a bridge between the Company’s future and its present by researching trends in identity-related technologies and markets as well as driving innovation around new ways for ForgeRock to better serve its customers and their users. Steve currently serves as the vice-chair of the User-Managed Access (UMA) workgroup and has previously helped develop security-related standards in the Trusted Computing Group, The Open Group and the International Society for Automation. He has extensive experience in developing and securing Cloud services, as well as identity and network technologies and systems.
