Roland Baum is Founder of German Start-Up umbrella.associates and architect of several enterprise ID and IGA environments. As a tech savvy wizard of OpenSource tools and data analysis, he combines business acumen and process perspectives to amalgamate future-proof CIAM, PAM and IGA solutions. From his early pre-Facebook teenage days on, he organized online communities and created community-management and administration technologies based off of his own code. Achieving both Business/Economics and IT Management degrees, he joined accessec as IAM consultant and soon took over architectural roles at customers, before joining IGA vendor Beta Systems. Today, he works on solving the next generation Entitlement Management problems by creating fine-grained Authorization Management services at umbrella.
