eSSIF-Lab is an EU-funded project and aims at advancing the broad uptake of Self-Sovereign Identities (SSI) as a next generation, open and trusted digital identity solution for faster and safer electronic transactions via the Internet and in real life. Next to being member of the eSSIF-Lab Advisory Board, Jacoba is a reviewer for SSI projects and companies demanding EU-funding under the eSSIF-lab.
Jacoba holds a Master degree in Classics from Leiden University (Greek, Latin, Hebrew) but re-educated to start an IT-career, first as a developer in Java, C++ and databases, moving to IAM and cybersecurity from there.
