Philipp von Grawert

Philipp von Grawert is a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Stephens with a focus on software/technology. Prior to joining Stephens, Philipp was a member of the corporate finance team at Hawkpoint and at Canaccord Genuity. He has advised financial investors, entrepreneurs and corporate clients on numerous M&A transactions across disposals, acquisitions and capital raisings. Philipp is a graduate of ESCP Business School.
