He advises companies and the public sector on complex issues in the areas of data protection, cyber security and IT law. Hessel is also a certified data protection officer (TÜV), a certified ISMS auditor according to ISO/IEC 27001 (ICO), a lecturer at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and the author of numerous publications.
